Please read these terms carefully before using our cargo and import services.
China Bangladesh Cargo provides cargo receiving, air and sea shipping coordination, customs coordination through licensed import partners, warehouse handling, and last-mile delivery from China to Bangladesh.
Every registered customer is assigned a unique Shipping Mark. The customer must ensure this mark is written clearly on every carton sent to our China warehouse. Cartons received without a valid shipping mark may be held, delayed, or returned at the customer's cost.
Customers are required to create a booking through our website before sending goods to the China warehouse. Bookings must include accurate carton count, item names, quantities, and any special product category (battery, liquid, cosmetics, powder, fragile).
Shipping charges (by kg, chargeable weight, CBM, or container) and customs duty are two separate costs. Customs duty is not a fixed per-kg amount. It depends on product HS Code, declared / assessable value, product category, and Bangladesh Customs assessment. All duty amounts are payable to the government through licensed importers / C&F agents.
The customer must not send any items listed on our Prohibited Items page. Items that are illegal to import into Bangladesh, or that violate airline / shipping line safety rules, will not be accepted or shipped.
We handle goods with due care, but shipping by air or sea carries inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the shipping charges paid for the affected shipment. We recommend cargo insurance for high-value goods; customer should request this before dispatch.
Shipping charges are payable in BDT. Customs duty (where applicable) is a separate payable amount and must be settled before customs clearance. Delivery is released only after full payment of all applicable charges.
Goods left in our Bangladesh warehouse for more than 30 days after arrival without payment or delivery instructions may incur storage charges. After 90 days, goods may be treated as abandoned.
We reserve the right to update these terms. The updated version will apply to all bookings placed after the update date.
